Simply place one 2.5 ounce shower steamer on the shower floor right out of the direct stream of water, and sprinkle lightly with water to activate. After a few minutes, the shower steam will fuse with the menthol and essential oils to provide temporary comfort and soothing relief to stuffy noses and chest congestion. 

One shower steamer should last approximately two showers, if used as guided. You will receive four, 2.5 shower steamers.
